Start a return request.

Before sending an item back, please contact VEYRISSA so we can review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for the return
• Photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do Not Send Items Back Without Instructions
Please wait until you receive return instructions from us before shipping your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or may not be processed correctly.

Refund Processing
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
